ARRIVAL AND COLLECTION OF STUDENTS

• Support staff will assist students arriving at school every morning.
• To avoid unnecessary delay during morning rush hour own transport
vehicles are advised to drive through and not park their vehicle.
• School gates will be closed by 8.30 AM and the lemurs will be permitted

until 8.45AM. Late comers after 8.45 AM will not be permitted to enter
the premises and is sent back home as the gates will be closed.
• The late comer will be allowed only if the school has received a mail the
day before with a genuine reason for arriving after the scheduled time.
• If students are being picked up earlier than usual for any reason, (e.g.
dental appointment, sudden sickness from school, cancellation of the bus
for the day and etc.) the information should be given to the PR via email
or phone in advance. In case of delayed information, school will not be
held responsible.
• Parent needs to fill in a permission slip at the front desk and then pick up
their ward by showing the parent escort card.
• Pick time of your ward is 12.30 PM and 3.30PM and the gates will not
open for the rest of the school’s working duration.
• During dispersal, school gates will open only after the school that is at
3:30 PM.
• Parent pickup escort ID cards are mandatory to collect your ward and
follow a line for quick dispersal.

• Do cooperate with the staff and do not rush as a small error of handing
over the child to wrong hands could be disastrous.
