• Students should get the books as per the time table and avoid carrying
heavy loaded bags. Do not help the student but just supervise or guide
him/her.
• Each classroom is provided with sufficient lockers to enable students to
store their books and stationery. Parents are requested to encourage the
students to carry home the required books and stationery only.

• Do not cover the books.
• Students opting for school transport need to come 10 minutes earlier than
the given time to their pick up points as the buses will not wait for the
students.
• The school keeps stock of note books and stationery. Parents can avail this
facility as per requirement, throughout the year, when the school is in
session. However, the stock of text books lasts only till end of July.
• If you have to meet the teacher, take a prior appointment from Parent
Relation Executive.
• Parental guidance is necessary when the kids are surfing the net.
• The school lunch facility is also extended to students, who had opted for
home lunch, on payment of Rs. 120/- per day. Such requests need to be
intimated to the class teacher by 9:00 am.
• You can buy the food coupon booklet with 10 tokens and opt school food
when your ward wishes to have school lunch by signing on the coupon with
date.
• Parents are requested to send only chocolates or toffees for distribution in
the class on birthdays. Cakes, cool drinks and other eatables are not
permitted in the classrooms.
• Any change in communication details like address, contact number or
email address, the school needs to be intimated well in advance.

• Kindly check the daily diary. You could write a note to the teacher and do
sign the diary on a regular basis.
• Library books are issued during library periods and parents must ensure
that they are returned on time.
• Make it a habit to read a bed time story that helps in good bonding with
your child and he/she will get into reading habit early.
• If you wish to speak to the teacher, kindly call as per the time allocated by
her. If the teacher is unable to take the call, please leave a message.
• Kindly refrain from involving families into child’s fight with peers.
• Respect the decisions taken by the school, teacher with regard to houses,
events or competitions.
• Selection of the students for various events and competitions with in or out
of the school is totally left to the discretion of the teachers and coordinators
based on the skills, talent, performance, attitude and most importantly the
cooperation from the parent.
• Limit the amount of gadget and TV time and help your ward in inculcating
good work habits to improve their academic performance.

• Tuitions are discouraged.
