An increase of 10 to 15% can be expected with every academic year and
parents will be notified regarding such increase well in advance.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY - (The Academic Year is from April to March)
• For existing students, it is mandatory to give prior notice with a minimum
one month in writing that is by 15 February 2020 before the
commencement of the next academic session that is mid-March 2020.
• The withdrawal form in the prescribed format should be filled only by the
parent and be submitted to the admission office only.
• The receiving date at school of original copy of duly filled and signed
withdrawal form, will be treated as final date of withdrawal.
• The school will agree to the withdrawal of the child from the school based
on health reasons, transfer cases, special needs or learning disabled and
importantly if the parent is a teacher in the school and resigns from the job
or is asked to leave the service.
• The Transfer Certificate will be issued once the payment towards the
tuition fee for the entire term, the lunch and transport fee, if applicable,
have been made.
• The caution deposit only will be refunded on production of the original
receipt given at the time of admission, after the TC has been issued.
• Non-receipt of the first term’s payment for the new academic year will be
considered as withdrawal of admission and the child’s name will not reflect
in the school rolls.
• The school would provide the Transfer Certificate if the student procures a
No due certificate from the various departments such as the labs, library,
transport, sports, fees and the transport section.
• After the withdrawal, the student’s name would be struck off the rolls in the
admission register and the duplicate of the transfer certificate would be
issued and one copy would be retained by the school and filed in the student
file for future reference.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
FOR PARENTS
• The lemur has to be regular to school and can take leave if the condition is
unavoidable.
• Student’s personal belongings (bags, belt, sock, shoes, and water bottles)
to be neatly labeled preferably with a white marker.
• Parents of Pre Primary students have to hand over and an extra pair of
casual dress, sealed and labelled, to the Class Teacher on the first day of
school.
• Parents are requested to ensure that their children have a wholesome
breakfast in the morning and they carry sufficient snacks with them.
